Can I install Clip-Motion on my own server?
No. The Clip-Motion script is not for sale. Clip-Motion is a subscription service for those who want to run there own complete video sharing site without the need for costly servers or complex software.

Can I use my own domain with my Clip-Motion site?
Yes. You will receive instructions on how to setup your nameservers to point to your Clip-Motion site once you sign up.

Can I edit the look and feel of my Clip-Motion site?
Yes! You will get full access to modify the default Clip-Motion theme.

Where are the videos hosted?
Thanks to the power of the Youtube API all videos are uploaded to the your Youtube account.

Can I cancel my account at anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your account by canceling the Paypal subscription from your Paypal account. Once we receive the cancellation we will disable your account. You should have everything backed up that you have added to your site prior to this. Once we receive a cancellation notice the site will not be accessible. We do not issue refunds for previous subscription payments.

Is Clip-Motion.com affiliated with Rackspace?
No. We are not affiliated with Rackspace. We simply utilize their cloud product for our infrastructure.

How much bandwidth, disk space, etc. is included.
Each Clip-Motion domain comes with 2GBs of bandwidth 500MBs of disk space, and 1,000 compute cycles. Once a site consistently exceeds this amount each month the monthly cost will need to be increased and will be handled on a case by case basis.
