Can I install Clip-Motion on my own server?
No. Clip-Motion is built to be a complete hosted solution.

Is Clip-Motion.com affiliated with Rackspace?
No. We are not affiliated with Rackspace. We simply utilize their cloud product to host our infrastructure.

Can I use my own domain with my Clip-Motion.com site?
Yes. You will receive instructions on how to setup your nameservers to point to your Clip-Motion.com site once you sign up.

Where are the videos hosted?
Thanks to the power of the Youtube API all videos are uploaded to the Clip-Motion.com Youtube account.

Can we use our own Youtube account for uploads?
Yes. You will need to contact us for this feature. It requires some minor tweaking to your site and is a paid addition. Contact us for pricing details.

Can I cancel my account at anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your account by canceling the Paypal subscription from your Paypal account. Once we receive the cancellation we will disable your account. You should have everything backed up that you have added to your site prior to this. Once we receive a cancellation notice the site will not be accessible. We do not issue refunds for previous subscription payments.
